The presence of similar roof additions at the neighbouring property (No 14) formed a material consideration demonstrating that the proposal would maintain established character and assimilate well with the surrounding area, combined with the submission of a comprehensive and proportionate Flood Risk Assessment with appropriate mitigation measures.
