The land is currently used as a temporary tent-only camping site under the 60 day permitted development rule, and the owner wishes to extend this for permanent use. The campsite is an off-grid tent only site of no more than 10 pitches. The land is laid to grass, the pitches are divided by newly planted fruit bushes and no-mow wild flower habitats, and newly planted saplings as windbreaks. Off road parking is available on the existing yard. There is a flushing toilet to the owners private septic tank, and water point and washing up area are provided. There is no proposal for construction or development of the site, only for change of use from temporary to permanent tent camping field
