The site has existing hardstanding which would remain in place and be utilised by the proposed facility, along with two agricultural buildings, which would also be retained and be used by the p roposed facility. The site has an existing access road off the B1383 which will be used as access and egress from the site. On site parking will be provided for up to 5 x HGV’s.
