What decided it

The exceptional agricultural need arising from the pandemic-forced sale of the appellant's previous buildings, combined with the site's limited visibility and non-isolated character, satisfied Policy BL5's criteria for agricultural buildings in a more isolated location.

The great weight given to conserving landscape and scenic beauty in the National Park was satisfied by the proposal's limited visual impact and compliance with Policy BL5, allowing the appeal to be allowed.
