The close proximity of neighbouring dwellings on Alfred Street with direct line of sight to the proposed outdoor seating area, combined with the cumulative effect of various noise sources and the limitations of the proposed acoustic mitigation, would result in unacceptable noise and disturbance to neighbouring residents during evenings and weekends when they could reasonably expect peaceful enjoyment of their properties.
