273,008 English appeal decisions since 2016, refreshed nightly from the Planning Inspectorate. For 164,321 of them the Inspector’s full letter is searchable word for word; the rest are found by their address, proposal and outcome. Type what the case turned on and read how Inspectors have reasoned about it.

Every word must appear, so more words narrow the search. Words that belong together go in quotes: “grey belt” finds the phrase, grey belt finds each word anywhere. Or paste an appeal reference.
