before me. That said, I see no good reason to question the grant of consent. I am content that, subject to conditions, the works proposed to the listed building, seen in the context of bringing it back into use, need not be harmful to its special architectural or historic interest. As a result and having set out above my approach to the description of the works, I intend to confine myself to the conditions attached to the original grant of consent including, for reasons that will become clear, those not in dispute.
